Spledit.io is a platform dedicated to helping creators tell their stories by offering a comprehensive video editing solution. To ensure we provide the best possible service, we have established some guidelines. Please review them before signing up.

If you create multiple requests simultaneously, your dedicated video editor will start working on the first request you have generated. Once that project has been marked as completed by your side, he will move on to the next request in the queue.

If you require a revision in your video, you can request at the time of delivery, they will be handled within 24 hours.

The shared media management space we provide is free of charge. To optimize your allocated cloud storage, please download a copy of old project files to your system and remove them from the cloud on a monthly basis.

We guarantee a 48-hour delivery time. However, if a Sunday falls within this period, please note our teams are offline that day.

The length of the raw footage cannot be longer than 45mins except under special circumstances.
