  • Short-form and long-form video editing
  • YouTube channel management services
  • Content strategy, optimization, and performance tracking

Due to the digital nature of these services, refunds are handled differently than physical products. Once work has been delivered, it cannot be returned in the traditional sense.

  • Unlimited revisions within the project scope to ensure satisfaction
  • Transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle

We encourage clients to provide timely and clear feedback to help us deliver the best results.


3. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  1. Service Not Rendered:
    If Spledit.io fails to start your project or deliver the first draft within the agreed timeline without prior notice.
  2. Technical Errors:
    If there is a demonstrable technical failure on our side (e.g., lost files, incorrect delivery) that cannot be corrected.
  3. Subscription or Recurring Services:
    Clients may request a prorated refund for unused periods if they cancel a subscription plan.
  4. Incorrect Billing or Duplicate Charges:
    Refunds will be issued if a payment error occurs, such as duplicate billing.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Dissatisfaction based solely on subjective preferences (e.g., color grading, music choice, style) if revisions were available and not requested
  • Work that has already been delivered and approved
  • Delays or issues caused by client-provided content or instructions
  • Partial completion of revisions if the client chooses to cancel after substantial work has been completed

5. Revision & Satisfaction Guarantee

Spledit.io offers unlimited revisions within the agreed scope of each project:

  • Clients should provide clear, actionable feedback for each revision
  • Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery for standard projects
  • Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction without the need for refunds
  • Additional revisions outside the project scope may incur extra charges

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel projects before work begins for a full refund
  • If work has started, refunds are pro-rated based on completed work
  • Subscription cancellations take effect immediately for future billing cycles; current month charges are non-refundable unless otherwise approved

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact info@spledit.io within 14 days of purchase
  2. Provide:
    • Your order or invoice number
    • Project details
    • Reason for refund request
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days

Approved refunds will be returned using the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear in your account.


8. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes regarding refunds:

  • Clients and Spledit.io agree to communicate in good faith to resolve issues
  • Unresolved disputes may be escalated to mediation or arbitration if necessary
