• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and project submission
• Deliver content, files, and instructions in a timely manner

4. Account & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Intellectual Property

• All content created by Spledit.io (edits, graphics, scripts, templates) remains our intellectual property until full payment is received
• Upon full payment, ownership rights transfer to the client as agreed per project
• You may not copy, distribute, or resell our services or deliverables without written permission

6. Payment & Billing

• Payments for services must be made as per the agreed plan or invoice
• Late payments may result in service suspension until payment is received
• Subscription and recurring services are billed automatically unless canceled prior to the billing cycle

7. Revisions & Refunds

• Spledit.io provides unlimited revisions within the scope of each project
• Refunds are handled as per our Refund Policy (available here)
• Requests for revisions or refunds must be made promptly and follow our stated procedures

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use our services to create illegal, offensive, or harmful content
• Interfere with the operation or security of our website or systems
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or bypass any security or digital restrictions
• Use Spledit.io services for spam, malware, or other malicious purposes

9. Limitation of Liability

• Spledit.io is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
• We provide services “as is” and make no guarantees regarding results, growth, or revenue
• Client content is their responsibility; Spledit.io is not liable for copyright violations or third-party claims

10. Termination

• We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violations of these terms
• Clients may cancel services as per the Cancellation Policy in the Refund Policy
• Termination does not relieve outstanding payment obligations

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration when possible.
